Delivered software development & package implementation projects, managed teams of up to 10 EDS consultants, gained hands-on experience with each phase of the software development lifecycle, delivered .Net development for NATO, Enterprise Application Integration for DHL, supported an SAP implementation for Xerox.

Installed and upgraded SAP system landscapes, provided day-to-day support of existing SAP environments, dealt with incidents & problem resolution, monitored and tuned servers, databases and interfaces, developed backup and disaster recovery plans.
